I've been fortunate enough to have my husband home for R&R the past week and a half from Afghanistan. And we decided to take a 19 hr road trip to California to visit our loved ones. It has been a positive experience and has given both of us a chance to reconnect and create fond memories with each other. What a wonderful time! Back to crafting... ;)

Time to step back- A moment of ranting
I cant remember a time recently when I have felt well rested and ready to go. Lately, it has seem like I am barely keeping up with my custom orders and swaps and have not crafted anything new for my shops. Between my husband being deployed and my upcoming surgery, I am horribly stressed and scatter-brained and miss the solace my crafts brought me. I need a schedule, an organized craft room house, and a sense of peace to feel creative again. Lately, I've been getting rid of my supplies by making projects for charities. I even donated my beloved craft table (which was a repainted kitchen table) to a family who lost everything in a fire. I've been there and know that a house fire is devastating. My to do list is ever growing and it seems like nothing is getting done.
I will find peace in knowing that I might have brought a smile to someone's face. I am done with my rant. Thank you. :)

Working on so much and super excited!
I recently signed up for 5 swaps on crafters and also signed up for Pole Fitness, since I've always wanted to try it. I also signed up for 50 projects for 2012. Lets see what happens. :)

Still Alive
